After building the model, pour in one quart of distilled water and watch it separate into hydrogen and oxygen, forming a gas that powers the vehicle across the floor. With more than 30 experiments and demonstrations included in the 96-page lab manual, students learn how a reversible fuel cell works and how it creates energy. They also understand the physics upon which this future technology is based.
